My name is Claudia, and I am the founder of Massage Therapy \u2013 Wellness at Home, where professionalism, presence and passion come together to guide each person on a journey toward deep physical and emotional balance. As a certified practitioner in bio-natural disciplines and professional massage therapist, my aim is to promote a culture of authentic and mindful well-being. For my own opinion, massage is far more than technique \u2013 it is the art of sensing. The hands become an extension of the heart and the senses, capable of listening to the body and perceiving its most subtle messages. Each treatment is designed to offer a safe, respectful, and nurturing space, where every touch is gentle yet effective \u2014 able to reach deep without force. My goal is to create a harmonious dialogue between body and mind, allowing the person to relax, reconnect with themselves and regain a sense of physical and emotional equilibrium. My passion for the healing power of touch was born in Spain in 2021, through a transformative encounter with my teacher Muditosan Aurelio Morales, founder of \u201cThe Essence of Touch<\/span><\/a>\u201d . Since then, my journey has evolved through professional training at the Diabasi Massage School<\/a><\/span> and continues today at the Soul Contact Training Center<\/a><\/span> in Milan. I currently collaborate with the exclusive Aria Retreat & Spa at the Parco San Marco Resort<\/a><\/span> in Cima di Porlezza, on the beautiful Lake of Lugano, a wonderful environment that continues to nourish and refine my practice, offering me invaluable opportunities for growth and mastery.<\/p>\n
